Established in 2018 BS with pious objective of providing quality education for educational excellence to socio-economically less privileged people of rural area in Kapilvastu and neighboring districts, Janata Secondary School, is a quality motive community school. The school is situated in Banaganga municipality, on the East-West Highway near Kothi River, which is 29 kilometers away in the west from Butwal. 

With the realization of requirement of education, local people start a great initiation to burn the lamp of education in this area about 60 decades ago. Each and every society should guide and leading by consciousness and in educated way. Development and revolution of society only possible through with development of education, with this regard social worker and reputed person were able to start the formal education center as primary school at Tenuhiya, Pipara village as the name of Nepal Rastriya Primary School. After 7 years of establishment, the name was changed as Janata School with the affiliation for lower secondary level. As the majority of people in the locality were socio-economically backward, they could not spend much more money for their children's education. With viewing the situations, development of school never got any rest as a result school got affiliation for higher level on 2038 BS. After that school got lot of success in regular pattern among them on 2066 school got the affiliation for higher secondary level (+2) from HSEB and became first +2 science colleges over the district.

 To establish a well-equipped library and reading room in this school as a center of quality education and to be the backbone of social development.

Goals and major objectives

The school will establish itself as a quality educational center in the next five years.

Accordingly, the following educational objectives have been determined

1) Conducting thematic classes up to secondary level and providing all possible facilities for the same.

2) Emphasizing the participation of stakeholders.

 3)Incorporate special outreach programs for children who are beyond the reach of education and make it a habit to study further to provide practical education.

4) To establish a large library by fully managing the library and lab.

5) To make the school feel clean and green by maintaining complete cleanliness in the school.

 6) To build excellent library throughout the district.

 7) To establish the habit of study even in the village society.
